Learn to Systemize Your Business for Fast Growth

Well, we all know what's involved with business, you spend money or time and sell products or services to make a profit. Now in most small businesses, people tend to get into a tactical approach which requires continual changes to keep up with the business. It's basically firefighting which does not give you a chance to really grow.

The most profitable thinking is to be strategic, meaning you look at what you want to achieve and build a strategy around that. Another term used a lot, is the concept that you should be on your business not in your business.

In terms of the concept of been on your business, the main thing is how you value your time. This means task that cost or value less than how you value your time can be outsource or employed to someone else. In fact nowadays, you can get contracted help for pretty much any task that you treat this way. Example, Lets say you target that your time is worth $300/Hour and you plan to work 2 Hours per day for business related activities. This means if a task can be done for $30/hour, its not worth your while, since your goal is $300.
